It’s no secret that our population, which I and many of you are part of, is getting older while trying to stay as active as we can. This is GREAT, but the fact of the matter is Mother Nature is still going to have her say on how your body is going to change and if your exercise program does not reflect and address those changes, problems are going to occur.

As people age, poor balance and flexibility contributes to falls and broken bones. These falls can result in significant disability and in some cases fatal complications.  Exercise, when done properly and through the full range of motion, increases a persons flexibility and balance, which decreases the likelihood of falls.
